Now Hiring: Air Duct Cleaning Technician

We are seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are committed to delivering excellent service. Experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you'll work in a variety of residential, commercial, healthcare, and institutional environments throughout Oahu. Every day brings new challenges, from cleaning HVAC systems to helping identify air quality concerns that may be affecting building occupants. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to quality workmanship are key to success in this role.

  • Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning services
  • Clean HVAC systems, vents, registers, coils, and dryer vents
  • Set up, operate, and maintain specialized duct cleaning equipment
  • Follow established safety procedures and industry guidelines
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites
  • Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
  • Document work completed and report findings when necessary

Qualifications

We're looking for team members who are eager to learn, willing to work hard, and capable of representing our company professionally. While technical experience is beneficial, we place a strong emphasis on reliability, character, and a positive attitude. Many of the skills needed for this position can be developed through hands-on training and mentorship from our experienced team.

  • HVAC experience preferred but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to learn specialized equipment and procedures
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and on ladders
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

Candidates from a variety of skilled trades and service industries often excel in this role. If you've worked with tools, mechanical systems, building maintenance, or customer-facing services, you may already possess many of the skills needed to succeed. While none of the following experience is required, it can help you get up to speed more quickly.

  • NADCA certification (a plus)
